Always friendly and very helpful reasonably priced cars. Have been going there for a number of years and highly recommend to other people. Never had any issues with either buying or selling a car MOT serving is very good.

I recently purchased a Ford Galaxy from Andy Hall Cars. Sam was very helpful, bringing the car to my home for a test drive and after I made the decision to buy the car, he delivered it to my home after it had been thoroughly checked and serviced. He was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I was unable to trade in the vehicle that I had because it was a camper van, but Sam and the team offered to sell the camper van on my behalf. They brought the van into the motor trade and sold it for me. During this process they discovered that there were a number of repairs and renewals needed to the camper van and after securing the sale they made sure all of this specialist work was done. The sale was completed on my behalf. A big thank you to Sam and the whole team for all the time and effort they put into selling my camper van. I am very pleased with the Galaxy and highly recommend Andy Hall Cars to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

Car Purchase

Friendly helpful staff, smooth purchase, warning light on car was sorted following several diagnostic trips, but eventually found the sensor and it has been fine since. Would recommend and will continue to do business with them, ie servicing etc.

Fantastic all-round service

Fantastic experience with Andy Hall Cars in Weston-super-Mare. Sam and the team provided excellent service from the start with my 2015 Mazda 3. They answered all my questions, ensured the car was thoroughly AA checked, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before purchase. Aftercare has been just as impressive — they sorted a couple of minor, non-warranty issues free of charge and even gave me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. The staff have been there for years which says a lot and it shows in the quality of service. I’m really happy with the car and won’t go anywhere else in future. It’s the only dealership I’ll use as it’s very rare to find all-rounded quality service like this elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Great Car, Great Service, Great Team.

Ford Fiesta EcoBoost 1L This was my first dealings with Andy Hall car sales after seeing the car I was looking for on the online website. I was met by Sam who gave me a run down of the full service history and condition of the 1 owner low milage car. I was really impressed with the car and asked Sam what he could do for my 23 year old trade in, and I was pleasantly surprised at the good deal he came up with. This was the first of 3 cars at various garages that I was going to view that day, but I was that impressed with Sam's presentation, the car itself, and the trade-in deal, that I knew I had no need to view the other cars and did the deal there and then. I picked the car up a few days later after a full service, new cambelt, new MOT and full clean and polish. I have had the car 4 months now and without a problem, and would like to thank Sam and all the team at Andy Hall Car Sales for the service I received, and feel sure I will be visiting them again for service and when the time comes to change my car. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have purchased my past three cars with Andy Hall Cars and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! The first car I purchased through Andy Hall was twelve years ago and the company and team have grown a lot in those years but I still feel welcomed and treated like I did back when the company was on a smaller scale. Andy, Sam and the rest of the team are so friendly and helpful, it doesn’t matter how big or small your budget is, they will find you a car to suit what you need. My past two cars were on a very small budget but still did me many years of driving and I was treated just the same to when I purchased my car last year when I had a much healthier budget. Thank you so much team, I will continue to recommend you to all my family and friends :)

Excellent Used Car Sales & Service

Excellent from start to finish. I was made to feel very welcome to test drive a car I’d seen advertised on Auto Trader. There was no pushy sales and we were offered a very fair deal on the part exchange of our car. It was thoroughly checked over and very professional . Andy was happy to ensure the car I purchased had any fixes sorted without question. The car was ready for collection on the date agreed and Sam was equally friendly and helpful with the sale.I’m delighted with my car and recommend Andy Halls Cars to anyone looking for a used car .

After travelling around several well known second hand car dealers and finding them unhelpful, it was a pleasure to find Andy Hall Cars who went out of their way to show me around what they had on offer. The customer service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I found a car I liked and the sale process was easy and effortless, there were a few items I wanted doing and they was done with no hassle and the car was ready to collect on the day requested. Great Service - Friendly and Traditional Values.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We looked at a few cars and took an Alfa Romeo out for a test drive; wife loved it, got a good deal on our Peugeot as part exchange. Car had a slight problem and they asked us to bring it back in and they'd sort it, which they did.Friendly, efficient service; would recommend and go to again.

Purchase of used car

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from Andy Hall Cars at the beginning of March. Whilst browsing the collection of cars the sales staff were very helpful and not pushy at all, leaving me free to browse and answering any questions I had. I took the option of trading in my old car for scrappage (they took the amount off the final bill). I have been driving the car now for just over 3 months (2,200 miles) and I have had no issues at all with the car. There was a slight delay on the day I collected (this was mainly due to myself been earlier than I had arranged) The car was fully valeted and cleaned before it was handed over, with a full 12 month M.o.T. They even registered the tax exemption on the car for me, leaving me one less job to do. I was well looked after through the whole process, and I did put quite a tight time frame on them due to the urgency of me requiring a new car and having a very busy schedule. Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase, and with the service I received from all the staff at Andy Hall Cars. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hassle free, quick and splendid purchase. Brought a 2017 Nissan Juke Nismo RS from this garage. New 12 months advisory free MOT, fresh valet and a few minor marks all sorted before pickup. Would highly recommend, they have followed up to any query I have gad and have also asked how I was getting on with my new car.

Landrover Freelander purchase January ‘24

I visited Andy Hall Cars in January after looking for a particular make and model of Freelander, for some time. I was very impressed with the vehicle for sale and equally impressed with salesman Sam who was most informative, helpful and extremely pleasant throughout all our exchanges which led within hours to a conclusive deal with which I was most pleased. Outstanding customer service

Jason was absolutely outstanding. The whole experience was enjoyable and professional. The knowledge of each and every employee was second to none. And super helpful and efficient. Had a brand new MOT and service and any minor issues with the car (slightly damaged wing mirror for example) was fixed without any prompting or issue. Definitely recommend

Excellent service from the first phonecall until the car was delivered. I was dealing with Jason who was hones and very approachable guy happy to answer all my questions. MOT, tires replacement and other bits that needed sorting were done before delivering the car. All paperwork sorted by Jason too. I'm from South Wales and most of our communication was done via email. Jason answer to all my email almost immediately as if I was his only customer.

He told me all about the car I was interested in, then offered a test drive. He was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and no hard sell. The remedial works I asked for were all noted and actioned. There were some minor bodywork issues, some garages would not care but Jason and Andy genuinely do. They told me, and you can feel this, that they wanted the car to leave in as near perfect condition as possible. In fact, they did more than I asked for. I’m a very happy customer.
